Mangrove tree is representative of the owner, Chef Tee. As he was born and raised by the sea and the mangrove tree is what he was growing up with.

The menu is inspired from his grandmother's recipes. He wants to carry on what she did and share it to the rest of the world.

Aside from authentic Thai food, he created new revolution of Ramen by infusing Thai traditional coconut curry and Japanese ramen noodles.
